Adelsheim is one of the most venerated names in Oregon winemaking, having established its reputation for distinctive, beautifully made wines back in the 1970s, the pioneering days in Oregon wines.
Here we feature two of Adelsheim's best white wines, there virtually unoaked Chardonnay(which they call "CH" to emphasize that the grape is the focus, not the wood). The Chardonnay
see about 10% oak, but its all all, neutral barrels that impart virtually no oaky flavors in the wine.
Clean, crisp, with excellent purest, with nothing to alter the expression of chardonnay-ness.
